Dockhand @ Long Lake Marina

Interested in working on the water? If so, we would love for you to join our team. Long Lake Marina is looking for motivated Dockhands to help us run the best waterfront in Naples.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your responsibilities will include working the gas dock, helping families get settled on rentals, maintaining the cleanliness of our rental boats, and general upkeep of the marina itself. Dockhands are also often responsible for moving boats in, out, and around the marina when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who does not wait to be given a task, but rather someone who sees what needs to be done and does it. With many varying responsibilities on any given day, we need a fast learner who is ready to learn the ins and outs of the marina. Working the gas dock requires a people person as you will be chatting with customers on a regular basis. This job will also include being on your feet for most of the day, lifting up to 30 lbs, and moving around boats and docks all day.

Bonus Points (But Not Required!):

• You've spent time on boats or know your way around a trailer.
• You have previous experience in a marina or customer-facing role.

The Details:

• Type: Seasonal
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts. Weekends and holidays are our busiest times, so they are a must!
• Pay: $15.10 – $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)
• Location: 933 Roosevelt Trail, Naples, ME (In-person)
