Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Gas Dock Assistance: Provide assistance to customers at the gas dock, ensuring smooth refueling operations and delivering excellent customer service at all times.

2. Rental Boat Operations: Facilitate rental boat operations by assisting customers with boat rentals, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and accounted for.

3. Boat and Watercraft Maintenance: Take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of boats and watercraft, including regular cleaning and basic maintenance tasks to ensure they are in top condition for customer use.

4. Dock Operations: Assist in the movement and docking of boats in and around the marina, demonstrating precision and care to avoid damage and ensure safety for both vessels and personnel.

5. Facility Maintenance: Contribute to landscaping efforts and uphold facility cleanliness standards by participating in regular cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.

Preferred Experience:

• Boating Experience: Previous experience with boats and watercraft is preferred, along with proficiency in driving boats and watercraft and familiarity with trailering operations.

• Marina Experience: Experience working in a marina environment or similar waterfront setting is advantageous.

• Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus, with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and build positive relationships with customers.

• Seasonal Position: This is a seasonal position based at Long Lake Marina, located at 933 Roosevelt Trail, Naples, ME.

• Compensation: Pay is hourly and based on experience, qualifications, and job performance.
